Emma Norton Services offers additional
support through the following programs:
Emma Norton Residence Transitional Housing Program
This program offers a structured, supportive environment for women over eighteen
who are alone and facing homelessness due to domestic abuse, unemployment, mental
health issues, chemical dependency, or other reasons. Residents set short- and
long-term goals toward independence and self-sufficiency. They agree to spend
time in school, at work, or in some other self-improvement program and may stay
at the Emma Norton Residence for up to two years
while working toward their goals.
Emma's Place
Emma's place offers permanent, affordable housing for homeless, low-income
families. Located in Maplewood, Emma's Place has thirteen three- and four-bedroom
townhomes for single parents with three or more children.
